Cohasset, MA
Hello everyone,
I'm back, and I've got something to say. Who in the world would request a harmonic bass solo (yikes!) For you guys that have no idea what I am talking about, for the last two shows we are being challenged by a very witty individual :-D. If this person keeps this up, we are going to have to start practicing again ;-)
The show last night was a lot of fun and horror for me. We had some very funny requests, Talk Of The Town into ABC by The Jackson 5 (Si). Bruce playing a piano solo with his eyes closed and all of the lights out in the hall (very funny).
And of course, the theme of the night - Prince's "When Doves Cry". These were just a few of the funny ones, but I also loved playing Harbor Lights. We don't play that one enough.
And now the horror. I love when Bruce invites dancers to the stage. I really love when the women are invited, I like it when both women and men are invited. But, I don't know if I like it when it's just men (;-D) It was very entertaining I must say. Oh! I'm just giving my brothers a hard time. Keep up the good work my brothers. It's all love :-D
The Cohasset audience were small but loud and powerful. Thanks for the energy you gave to us last night.
I hope you guys loved the three song medley at the end as much as we did. That was a first for us. We have to watch Bruce like a hawk. He will turn left on a dime, and I am just trying not to fall from the bus. A very good night, I hope you guys enjoyed it.
Tonight is Westbury, what wonderful and witty things are in store for us tonight? Lets take a look together, shall we.
Peace, Yabba, Dabba, Doo On The Beat Boo Boo! :-D
