Hello all, Tonight was the first show on our "little" summer tour and it feels so god to be back in the saddle. Sonny is back on board, and I have to say that he was missed by all. Tikki did a great job for us, and we will see him again when Sonny goes walk-about. But not having Sonny was like missing a leg and trying to run in the Olympics :-) The show in Henderson was outside. For those that have never been to Las Vegas, NV. in the summer, let me tell you that you try not to come out in the day. I think the temperature on show day was 114 degrees (ouch!). But from the first note at soundcheck, all was well. I could not wait for show time. At show time the crowd was small, but loud and energized. From the start I could tell that Bruce was in a good mood, and it came a cross in the set list. I can only hope that the crowd loved the show as much as I did. |
