July 15, Seattle, WA. Hello Seattle, You guys are amazing! Another great show. First I want to thank everyone who came up and said hello before and after the show. I want to give a few special hellos too. Allisa for the nice luggage tag:-) Hello to Taylor and Julia, they are the sweetest little ladies you would ever want to meet. Taylor and I traded names for the day. I would like to say hello to KC and his posse:-) Congratulations to Paul and Mary. Paul asked Mary for her hand and, Mary said yes. Good luck you two. Hey! Mrs. Doug, it's always great when you come around:-) And everyone from the venue. And now to the concert. This is one that you should have in your collection. Bruce brought out some oldies but goldies:-) We were sweating bullets on two or three of these. But, I think we pulled it off. This show had everything, There was stage dancing, there was a deadhead that got the audience to party a little harder on Jack Straw. There were pretty girls. There was wine and while Bruce was playing solo on the piano a train went by the venue. It was great. The band sounded great and once again we were at the mercy of Mr. Hornsby. The show had all the tricks and turns that Bruce loves. After the show I had the chance to speak with a lot of the folks from the show and, a lot enjoyed the way we all in the band keep our eyes on Bruce. Just in case some of you don't know the reason why, we are all waiting for Bruce to make the next move. No one wants to get left behind:-) On the bus after the show we had soul night. Soul night came from my ipod. One of my favorite playlists is nothing but old soul music. So we sat on the bus grooving to soul music. The Temptations, The Spinners, Jackie Wilson to name a few. It is such a release after a good show. And now we are on our way to Idaho. There is a golf outing planned for tomorrow (yes!). My Tiger Woods is waiting to get out. I'm ready to show ID. how to shoot under par. (I wish). Thanks again for a great show Seattle. We will be back (Arnold in the house). More memories to come.
