August 9 - Atlanta

Okay Atlanta,

I love playing Chastain Park. You guys were ready to party. And you did:-) We gave you a few new things that we both great and scary:-) We played Bruce and Ricky Scaggs version of "Super Freak" :-) That was wild. To look into the crowd and see the faces of the people as "Dreamland" played, and right at the time I was supposed to come in, I took a deep breath and in flew a big juicy bug:-( I freaked out and messed up the intro. For all of you tapers, this moment is classic:-) As you know I am not fond of anything small, flying or crawling. I told you a few stories back that the bug world was out to get me. Well, I now have proof. They are sending Kama-Kazee bugs to get me (Bonzai!). This is crazy. What did I ever do to them. I know! It's the super hero in me. Well, the next time they show up I will be ready:-)

The dance party was classic. There was one lady (I'm being nice) I don't know if she was a dancer(stripper) in her younger days but, she love strutting her stuff. She was nice but, a little out of control. I of course loved it. I don't think Doug cared for her;-) She was very entertaining to me. Thanks very much Ms. Lady;-) She kept yelling at Sonny, "I know you". Hey Sonny! Is there something you want to share with the rest of the class?:-)
